The home "blends classic elegance with three levels of stunning modern aesthetics," the listing on Berkshire Hathaway says.

GREENWICH, CT — Located inside the exclusive Cedar Cliff Association in Riverside at 142 Cedar Cliff Road sits a 2016 French Normandy manor just listed for sale this week at $11.25 million.

Designed by premier architect Douglas VanderHorn, the home "blends classic elegance with three levels of stunning modern aesthetics," the listing on Berkshire Hathaway says.

The home features a custom-crafted interior with Italian marble mantels around four fireplaces, quarter-sawn white oak flooring, 10-foot ceilings and French doors that lead to multiple terraces, the listing notes.

According to listing agent Alison Leigh, the neighbor across the street owned the property for a meditation garden. After they completed their own home with VanderHorn, they decided to do the same on the 142 Cedar Cliff Road lot to "create a home to enhance the neighborhood, sit proudly with their house and be equally as sophisticated."

Highlights include the open kitchen, breakfast room and family room, which take in light from the front and back of the house to create "a bright and pleasant area designed for daily family living and ideal for entertaining," Leigh said.

The kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances, a large walk-in pantry, butler's pantry, oversized island, and an abundance of cabinets.

The home is located on top of a ridge with views out to Long Island Sound and the New York City skyline.
