Golf Clinics Scheduled for Greenwich Youths
Greenwich HS Coach John Czarnecki will teach the five-week program.
The Department of Parks and Recreation is accepting registration for its Youth Golf Clinics will begin at the Bendheim Western Greenwich Civic Center on Fridays starting April 1.
Coach John Czarnecki will teach an introduction to the fundamentals of golf. Lessons on the basics, will include proper grip, stance, swing, alignment, balance, course etiquette, and rules of the game. Czarnecki holds a certified coaching permit with the State of Connecticut. He has been a golf coach at Greenwich High School since 2005.
The course is for children 6 to 10 years old. There will be three classes each Friday. Class 1 will be from 3:45 to 4:30 p.m., Class 2 will be from 4:30 to 5:15 p.m., and Class 3 from 5:15 to 6 p.m.

The course will be held in the Bendheim Western Civic Center Gym, and field. Registration is ongoing until all classes are full. The course fee for the five-week session is $125.
