Greenwich Choral Society To Mark 100th Anniversary With Concerts, Exhibition
Founded in 1926 with 30 singers, the Greenwich Choral Society has grown into a 100-member chorus.

GREENWICH, CT — The Greenwich Choral Society is celebrating its 100th season with concerts, special events, and a historical exhibition at the Greenwich Arts Center.
To begin the celebration, the "Centennial Voices" exhibition will open with a public reception on Sunday, Sept. 14, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at 299 Greenwich Ave. The show will remain on display through Oct. 19.
Curated in partnership with the Greenwich Arts Center, the exhibition highlights the society’s musical legacy over the past 10 decades, featuring interactive audio and visual displays.

Visitors will be able to listen to recordings from past concerts and explore the history of composers, conductors, singers, and musicians who have performed with the ensemble.
Smartphones and a limited supply of headphones will be available for on-site use.

The exhibition and reception are free and open to the public.
