Greenwich Election Results 2024: Vote Totals For Every Race

Here is how Greenwich residents voted for every person on the ballot including president, congress and their local state races.

GREENWICH, CT — The votes are still being tallied in many places across the country but fortunately, in Connecticut and Greenwich, the votes have all been counted.

On Election Day, Kamala Harris received 753,511 votes in Connecticut compared to 612,621 for Donald Trump, according to the Secretary of State's Office.

In Connecticut's five congressional districts, the projected winners are all the incumbent Democrats: John Larson, Joe Courtney, Rosa L. DeLauro, Jim Himes, and Jahana Hayes.

Here is how Greenwich residents voted, according to the CT Secretary of State website. Results are unofficial as of Wednesday at 5 p.m.:

President

  • Democratic Party: Kamala Harris and Tim Walz, 19,603
  • Republican Party: Donald J. Trump and J.D. Vance, 14,122
  • Green Party: Jill Stein and Butch Ware, 162
  • Libertarian Party: Chase Oliver and Mike ter Maat, 168
  • Petitioning candidate: Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Nicole Shanahan, 129

U.S. Senate

  • Democratic Party: Christopher S. Murphy, 18,425
  • Republican Party: Matthew M. Corey, 14,650
  • Working Families Party: Christopher S. Murphy, 392
  • Green Party: Justin C. Paglino, 144
  • Cheaper Gas Groceries Party: Robert Finley Hyde, 122

U.S. House of Representatives

  • Democratic Party: Jim Himes, 18,964

Ballot Question

Greenwich residents also voted on a ballot question, "Shall the Constitution of the State be amended to permit the General Assembly to allow each voter to vote by absentee ballot?"

The CT Secretary of State website shows 675,877 CT residents voted yes, and 525,999 voted no.

In Greenwich, 16,796 voted in favor of the measure, while 11,653 voted against.
