Greenwich Football Captain Wins Berth on National Team
Scooter Harrington will play in the 2016 Under Armour All-America Game

Greenwich High School football captain Scooter Harrington has overwhelmingly won one of the last berths to play in the 2016 Under Armour All-America Game.
Harrington, a Greenwich High senior who’s committed to play for the Boston College football team, garnered more than 81 percent of the votes in his bracket, according to American Family Insurance. A player from Summit, MO won the other berth.
The American Family Insurance “#DreamFearlessly Fan Vote” was a five-week digital media contest that began by matching up 32 of the top high school football players in the nation in a bracket-style competition. The athlete with the most votes in each matchup moved on to the next round. After four rounds, Harrington has been selected to play in the ninth annual Under Armour All-America Game presented by American Family Insurance, a nationally televised football competition spotlighting the country’s top high school seniors.
