Greenwich Snow Sculpture Contest Announced

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!

The Greenwich Parks and Recreation Department and The Greenwich Arts Council has announced they will host their 4th annual snow sculpture contest.

The only problem — we’re going to need some snow.

Throughout the winter season, create your best snow sculpture and submit a photograph to for judges for a chance to win a prize from Greenwich Parks and Recreation.

Submissions must be sent via e-mail to ptroiano@greenwichct.org and include: title or name of snow sculpture, full name(s) of sculptor(s), home address, and photograph of sculpture.

The Town of Greenwich reserves the right to use photo submissions in town media. All entries must be in good taste. Primary consideration will be given to creativity of the title, concept and execution. Participants must be Greenwich residents.

Sculptures will be judged and winners will be awarded in March.
