Hamill Rink Task Force Public Hearing Rescheduled In Greenwich

The task force will share updates on its work, next steps, and listen to comments from the public.

GREENWICH, CT — The Hamill Rink Task Force will hold a public hearing on Oct. 8 at Greenwich Town Hall to provide an update on its work and invite comments from the public. The hearing was originally scheduled for Oct. 1.

The hearing is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room and will also be accessible on Zoom.

Task force members will give a brief progress report and outline next steps for the committee, which is studying the future of an ice rink in town.

Community members may share comments in person or online, with a three-minute speaking limit.

Those interested in speaking are asked to register in advance through the task force’s online contact form by noon the day of the hearing.

A sign-in sheet will also be available at the meeting for those who did not preregister. Zoom participants can raise their hand to be recognized.

Residents unable to attend are encouraged to submit feedback at any time through the Hamill Rink Task Force contact form on the town’s website.
