GREEWICH, CT — With the calendar flipped to October, Greenwich Public Schools on Wednesday issued an update on where construction currently stands at Central Middle School, and what kind of work is on tap over the next few weeks.

The new 125,000 gross square-foot building is being constructed just north of the current school.

The existing school will continue to function until the new structure is complete and receives a final certificate of occupancy.
