GREENWICH, CT — A Greenwich home listed by Ryan Serhant, the star of the Netflix series "Owning Manhattan," recently sold for $16.2 million, according to an announcement.
Also known as "Le Plaisance," the modern colonial home is located on four acres at 543 Stanwich Road.
Records show this is the fourth highest residential sale in Greenwich this year.

The home is 17,408 square feet and features eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and four half bathrooms. The fully furnished interior has high-end finishes from around the world, and has "a design reminiscent of a Beverly Hills mansion," the sale announcement said.
"We’re extremely proud of this record-breaking sale, which secures our footprint in Connecticut," said Jesse Marinak, a licensed real Estate advisor and founding member of SERHANT. Connecticut, who also listed the property. "We look forward to future milestones and success in this covetable state."

The kitchen has a 15-foot island, Thermador applianes, a butler's pantry and a charming breakfast room. Outside, there is a 50-foot heated pool, hot tub, and a kitchen in the backyard. The home also has a multimedia room, movie theater/game room and a wine cellar.
A four-level elevator services the home, and there are gas-lit fireplaces and fully paneled walls throughout.
Serhant is the star of the Netflix series "Owning Manhattan."
"Real estate mogul Ryan Serhant leads one of the biggest firms in New York and pushes his agents to greatness while tackling the most expensive listings," a description of the show on Netflix says.
He has also appeared on multiple Bravo TV shows, including the two-time Emmy-nominated show "Million Dollar Listing New York."
According to his bio, Serhant has closed nearly $10 billion in sales throughout his career, including including the sale of the most expensive home ever sold in the state of Florida for just under $140 million.
SERHANT is headquartered in Manhattan in a 15,000 square-foot space in SoHo.
