I-95 Reopens In Greenwich After Fire Truck Involved In Crash: UPDATE
Three firefighters were taken to a local hospital.

GREENWICH, CT — Interstate 95 southbound in the area of exit 5 was closed for nearly eight hours due to a serious crash that was reported at 11:43 p.m. Wednesday, state officials said.
WTNH News 8 reported that a tractor-trailer collided into a fire truck that had been responding to an earlier crash. Read more at News 8.
The Greenwich Fire Department wrote on Facebook that "while operating at an accident on I 95, engine 1 was struck by a tractor trailer causing a secondary multi vehicle accident resulting in the extrication and transport of multiple patients. All 3 personnel on Engine 1 were transported to Stamford hospital for treatment with non life-threatening injuries. The Accident is under investigation by the CT State Police."
