'Inappropriate Contact' with Girl Leads to Greenwich Man's Arrest
Greenwich Police obtained an arrest for the suspect.

GREENWICH, CT - A Greenwich man is facing two felony charges of risk of injury to a minor in connection with allegations he had "inappropriate contact" with a girl.
According to Greenwich Police spokesman Lt. Kraig Gray, investigators obtained an arrest for the suspect after investigating a complaint that was filed with them on Nov. 15. Police obtained the warrant on March 7 and Shalva Chigirinskiy, 66, of 144 North St., surrendered at police headquarters on March 10.
The charges stemmed from "alleged inappropriate contact between Chigiriniskiy and a female less than 16 years of age," according to the police report.
Chigiriniskiy was released after posting a $50,000 bond and was scheduled to appear March 17 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
