More Condos Pitched In Greenwich: Report

GREENWICH, CT — A developer, Chris Franco, is hoping to build six condominium units at 5 Brookridge Dr., the Greenwich Time reports.
A 1907 house and two other buildings on the property would be preserved, according to plans filed with the town.
The proposal would add more trees to the site too, the Greenwich Time reports.
