GREENWICH, CT — Brooks Pilates, a New York City-based private reformer pilates studio, recently registered to open in Greenwich, according to data from the state of Connecticut.

"I’m returning —opening a brand-new studio in Greenwich, six years after my first. This time with greater clarity, purpose, and heart," Brooks said on Instagram. "The last time I opened a studio here, the journey took an unexpected turn. A partnership ended, and with it came lessons that shaped me into the teacher, business owner, and person I am today. That ending created space for something incredible: building a thriving, inspiring Pilates community in New York City—my home base and the heart of Brooks Pilates."

Brooks Pilates has been featured on the "Today" show, as well as PIX 11, "Glamour," and other publications. The business has nearly 23,000 followers on Instagram.

"Now, I’m bringing everything I’ve learned back to a place that’s always meant so much to me. This isn’t about starting over—it’s about expanding the vision, sharing what we’ve built, and planting new roots with intention," Brooks added.

The shopping center has seen an influx of tenants recently, with Luca's Pizzeria and Italian Kitchen opening in 2024, and Green & Tonic opening last month. Longford's Ice Cream recently celebrated a grand opening in the shopping center, and a DeCicco & Sons grocery store is planned to open in the space formerly occupied by Stop & Shop.
