NYC-Based Workplace Experience Company Inks Long-Term Lease In Greenwich, Real Estate Firm Announces
The lease covers 17,773 square feet of office space in Greenwich.

GREENWICH, CT — Industrious, a New York City-based workplace experience company, has signed a long-term lease for 17,773 square feet at 5 Greenwich Office Park, marking its first location in Greenwich, according to an announcement from commercial real estate firm CBRE.
The company, which provides co-working and flexible office space, will move into the first floor of the building, which also serves as the office park’s amenities center. The eight-building complex is owned by Fareri Associates.
"Industrious will occupy office space on the central amenities floor that recently underwent a full renovation with a new café, fitness center, private dining and direct access to an outdoor plaza overlooking a pond," said David Block of CBRE in a news release. CBRE arranged the transaction and is leading the leasing campaign for the property.

"These amenities, along with the unique woodland environment of the Park were a huge draw for Industrious, and we believe that the co-working space giant provides Greenwich Office Park with yet another valuable amenity for our tenants."
Christian Bilella, senior vice president of Fareri Associates, said Industrious’ choice reflects the firm’s efforts to continually reinvest in the campus.

"We are constantly working to improve the complex on a functional, operational and qualitative basis in order to attract the highest quality tenants," Bilella said.
Greenwich Office Park spans more than 20 acres and totals 385,000 square feet of office space across its eight buildings. The campus includes landscaping, two ponds, operable windows, individually controlled HVAC units and a recently renovated amenities floor. It is located minutes from Greenwich Avenue, the Metro-North station and Westchester County Airport, with shuttle service available.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Justin Halpern, Steve Baker, Edward Wartels and Benjamin Bouganim represented Industrious in the negotiations.
Industrious says it deals with companies from startups to Fortune 500s.
The company was founded by two childhood friends, Jamie Hodari and Justin Stewart, who sought "to create a workplace that combined the flexibility and ease of coworking with the professionalism and attentiveness you’d expect when walking into a Fortune 500."
Industrious has more than 160 locations in 65-plus cities around the country and abroad.
