Over 100 Greenwich Hospital Physicians On ‘Top Doctors’ List For 2024

GREENWICH, CT —More than 100 Greenwich Hospital-affiliated physicians have earned a spot on Connecticut Magazine’s 2024 Top Doctors list, according to an announcement from the hospital.

To compile the list, the magazine partnered with Castle Connolly, a leading national healthcare research company.

Castle Connolly's research team thoroughly vets each physician's professional qualifications, education, hospital and faculty appointments, research leadership, professional reputation, disciplinary history and if available, outcomes data.

Additionally, interpersonal skills, such as listening and communicating effectively, demonstrating empathy and instilling trust and confidence are considered in the review process.

The online nominations process is open to all licensed physicians in America who are able to nominate physicians in any medical specialty and in any part of the country, as well as indicate whether the nominated physician is, in their opinion, among the best in their region in their medical specialty, or among the best in the nation in their medical specialty.

Once nominated, Castle Connolly’s physician-led team of researchers follows a rigorous screening process to select top doctors on both the national and regional levels.

A careful screening of the doctors’ educational and professional experience is essential before a final selection is made by the research team. Doctors do not and cannot pay to be selected as Castle Connolly Top Doctors.
