Person Struck By Train In Greenwich Dies: Report
Train service was delayed by about 35 minutes, officials said.
GREENWICH, CT — A person was struck by a train Friday night near Cos Cob, according to Metro-North.
The incident was reported around 9:15 p.m. Friday. New Haven Line customers were experiencing delays of up to 35 minutes, but service returned on or close to schedule as of 6 a.m. Saturday.
Hearst Connecticut reports that the person struck by the train has died. An ID has not yet been released.
