Popular Greenwich Pizza And Ice Cream Shop Moves To New Location

GREENWICH, CT — After a little over three years at 699 W. Putnam Ave., Constantino's of Greenwich has moved to a new location.

Constantino’s Restaurant Group has announced that the popular pizza and ice cream shop is now located at 136 Hamilton Ave., just down the street from the group's other businesses at 160 Hamilton Ave. - Constantino's Pasta Bowls and Love You A Latte.

"My husband and I are so grateful to the Chickahominy, Byram, and greater Greenwich community for the incredible support during our move to Hamilton Avenue," co-owner Robyn Bordes told Patch in an emailed statement.

"Having the chance to continue serving our neighbors means everything to us, and we’re excited to share some new additions; fresh-made donuts and cupcakes, available starting [Sept. 17]," Bordes added. "While we no longer have indoor seating, we’re open for takeout and delivery Monday through Saturday, and we look forward to welcoming everyone to our new home."

There were two years left on the lease at 699 W. Putnam Ave. with no renewal options available, and Bordes said "it had become increasingly difficult to sustain operations at that location as costs continued to rise across the board."

"Rather than wait and risk losing our incredible staff, we began searching for a new home and what better fit than right alongside our other two restaurants that the community has so warmly embraced," Bordes said.

Constantino's of Greenwich originally opened in May 2022. The eatery features an array of pizza, salads, appetizers, sandwiches, pasta, entrees, as well as ice cream.

Bordes's businesses have become hot spots for celebrity stop-ins in recent years, with visitors ranging from MTV's "Jersey Shore" cast members, to stars from Bravo's "Real Housewives" franchise.
