Proposal Would Replace Garden Catering Building With Housing
A developer has proposed tearing down the business to build 10 housing units, three of which would be put aside as affordable housing.

GREENWICH, CT — A proposal submitted to the Greenwich Planning & Zoning Commission would replace the Garden Catering building on Hamilton Avenue with a 10-unit housing complex, multiple news outlets reported.
A "pre-application review" for the proposal has been submitted, and the commission's website says the project would adhere to a Connecticut General Statute that promotes the development of affordable housing.
Developers would set aside three of the 10 units for affordable housing, the Greenwich Time reported.
