'Real Housewives' Star Selling Greenwich Home That Was Built In 1743: Report
The entrepreneur and reality TV star is selling her Greenwich home and moving out of Connecticut, according to a report.
GREENWICH, CT — Bethenny Frankel of "Real Housewives Of New York City" fame is selling her Greenwich home and leaving Connecticut, according to a media report.
Frankel announced on Instagram on April 17 that she'll be moving to Florida.
"I am moving to Florida for personal and professional reasons. Something has arisen that's made this the best and healthiest decision for myself and my daughter," Frankel said in a video posted from the Sunshine State. "We will maintain residences in the Hamptons and New York City because we love New York, but this will be our primary and permanent residence."

Page Six reported that Frankel is looking for around $8 million for the Greenwich home, which was built in 1743, and that friends and family were recently seen checking out the property. The home is being sold off-market.
Frankel purchased a home on Pecksland Road several years ago and later flipped it.

Property records show the same trustee from that property is listed on the current house that's for sale.
A Zillow listing shows an address on Lake Avenue, with the same built date of 1743. Zillow notes the home was last sold in August 2021 for $4.25 million.
In a video posted to YouTube two months ago, Frankel did a house tour with"In Depth With Graham Bensinger." In the tour, Frankel showed off her podcast space for "Just B With Bethenny Frankel," as well as where her staff works behind the scenes.
Frankel, an entrepreneur, social media influencer, tv producer and NY Times bestselling author, has starred on Bravo TV's "The Real Housewives of New York City" since the beginning, and she's appeared in several other reality television shows. She is also the founder and CEO of the lifestyle brand, Skinnygirl.
