Sprawling $35M Greenwich Estate Set For Hong Kong Auction: Report
Part of the property previously belonged to real estate developer Andrew Kissel, who was murdered at another home he owned in 2006.
GREENWICH, CT — A sprawling $35 million estate made up of three separate parcels in Greenwich's Backcountry will be up for bid at a Sotheby's International Realty auction in Hong Kong later this month in hopes of bringing heightened exposure to the sale, the Greenwich Time reports.
According to the Greenwich Time, part of the property previously belonged to real estate developer Andrew Kissel, who was murdered at another house he owned on Dairy Road in April 2006. Though Kissel was developing the estate, it was not complete when he was murdered.
The property at 38, 48 and 58 Quaker Lane was built in 2004 and is up for sale for $35 million, according to the joint Sotheby's listing.
