GREENWICH, CT — Supr Food Kitchen, the fast-casual concept that prioritizes the fusion of health and flavor, recently made its debut in Greenwich.

Formerly known as Myx Kitchen, Supr Food Kitchen is located at 19 W. Elm St. Guests can dine in for breakfast, lunch or dinner seven days a week, or order for pickup or delivery.

The revamped menu features meals rich in vegetables, healthy fats and whole grains, with a focus on protein-forward offerings and a seed oil-free approach.

The most unique offering is their customizable made-to-order sauté bowls. Guests can choose from a selection of chef-curated options like the Korean BBQ bowl with charred chicken or the sesame ginger bowl with sauteed shrimp.

The grab & go cooler also offers a great selection of 25-plus grams of protein meals such as the keto parm and sticky rice salmon bowl.

Supr Food Kitchen does not use any seed oils, which is uncommon in the restaurant industry, and its proteins and meats are all-natural and sourced from antibiotic-free providers.

Plant-forward options include veggie burgers and market plates, and all dressings, sauces and marinades are scratch-made. A large portion of the menu is gluten-free.

Also available at the restaurant is Supr Brew, an exclusive organic premium coffee/espresso blend with high antioxidants for decreased inflammation and improved gut health.

In addition, Supr Food Kitchen offers premium boosters, which can be added to smoothies, smoothie bowls or lattes, like adaptogenic mushrooms blends (that may help reduce the effects of stress on your body) or immunity boosters such as elderberry.

Supr Food has partnered with its sister company, Green & Tonic, to create its own line of cold-pressed juices. These premium beverages contain zero added sugar and have several health benefits.

From smoothies and breakfast sandwiches to salads and cauliflower crust (gluten-free) pizza, there is something for everyone.

"We are thrilled to debut this new concept in Greenwich and help make it easier for the community to eat well," said Supr Food store manager Liz Salgado, in a news release. "More than a meal, Supr Food Kitchen is a lifestyle upgrade, and every bite is a step towards a healthier, tastier life. We’re excited to grow and open a drive-through in Darien later this year as well which will be a super unique offering for Fairfield County."

The brand also launched the Supr Food Challenge in which 25 Connecticut residents have been selected to participate in a 30-day program to help them reach their health goals.

Supr Food Kitchen has enlisted a registered dietitian to help with a customized menu plan and weekly accountability for 30 days.

Participants will have weekly check-ins to monitor their progress, submit a blood test before and after to record changes and improvement, and will all receive complimentary breakfast, lunch and dinner from Supr Food for 30 days.
