Suspected Drug Dealers Caught in Greenwich
The arrests came after Connecticut State Police stopped a driver for speeding on I-95.
A trio of New Haven men are facing “multiple drug charges” after Connecticut State Police stopped them for speeding on I-95 in Greenwich.
It was about 2 a.m. Feb. 6 when a trooper from Troop G-Bridgeport stopped the vehicle.
According to information state police posted on their Facebook page, “The subsequent investigation revealed “crack” cocaine, cash and multiple cell phones indicative of drug trafficking. All three occupants of the vehicle were arrested for multiple drug charges.”

Police said they seized 12.1 grams of crack cocaine, $2,240 cash, and eight cell phones.
The suspects were identified as the driver Tyreese Arnelle Little, 20, of 128 Olive St., New Haven; front seat passenger, Miguel A. Quinones, 24, of 134 Poplar St., New Haven, and rear seat passenger, Jesus Joel Torres, 28, of 32 Old Bradley St., New Haven.

All three posted bond and are scheduled to appear Feb. 19 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
Police said in their statement, “Connecticut State Troopers assigned to Troop G are tasked with many responsibilities during their shifts. Detecting and enforcing our states drug laws is just one of these tasks. Troop G Troopers take great pride and are dedicated to stopping these dangerous substances and those that transport them on our highways.”
