Temporary Road Closures Scheduled In Greenwich This Week
The roads will be closed to allow for emergency tree removal work, the town of Greenwich said.

GREENWICH, CT — Two roads are slated to be closed temporarily in Greenwich this week to allow for emergency tree removal work.
On Wednesday, Sheephill Road will be closed from Palmers Hill Road to Old Orchard Road until 2 p.m.
A large, dead elm tree will be removed from the area, and the road will reopen once the work is complete, the town said on Facebook. Traffic will be diverted down Old Orchard Road.

On Thursday, July 27, Guinea Road will be closed from Stanwich Road to Juniper Hill from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., to allow for the removal of several dead ash and oak trees. Traffic will be diverted down Tod Lane.
The town noted that the work is dependent on the weather. Updates will be posted if the work schedule changes.
