On a day like Wednesday, filled with rain, it can be hard to keep kids occupied. At Greenwich's Smart Kids' Toys, located at 17 East Elm Street, Manager Andrew Lev gave parents his top three toys for keeping a child stimulated even when they're cooped up indoors.
