Top Greenwich Home Sale: $5.1 Million North Street Estate

There were several home sales in the $3 to $5 million range in mid-July. 
For the week of July 15, the top sale recorded was $5.1 million for the 10-bedroom, seven-bath Georgian mansion built in 1906. Situated on a little more than three acres of sprawling lawns on North Street, it was sold for $5.1 million.
