Tractor Trailer Fire Reported On I-95 In Greenwich: UPDATE

GREENWICH, CT — A tractor-trailer fire reported on I-95 northbound between exits 2 and 3 is now cleared.

The fire was reported at 5:13 a.m. and was cleared around 7:30 a.m. There had been a lane closure but that has since been cleared.

Reported delays that remain in the area include:

BRIDGEPORT - Delays. I-95 Southbound is congested between Exits 27A and 13 (15.9 miles). Reported Thursday, May 16 at 6:07 am.

STAMFORD - Delays. I-95 Southbound is congested between Exits 7 and 5 (2.5 miles). Reported Thursday, May 16 at 6:49 am.

FAIRFIELD - Delays. RT 15 Southbound is congested between Exits 46 and 36 (15.3 miles). Reported Thursday, May 16 at 6:12 am.
