GREENWICH, CT - Vandals damaged a house that’s under renovation in Cos Cob, overturning appliances and breaking windows.
The damage was reported by the owner of the Glendale Street house shortly before 10:30 a.m. Feb. 20. Construction crews had left the home about 5 p.m. the day before, according to Greenwich Police Sgt. John Slusarz.
A refrigerator was overturned as were bookshelves and three first-floor windows and one on the second floor were broken, Slusaarz said. Because it is construction site, Slusarz said there were several access points available to the vandals.
