Developer Plans To Renovate Former Groton Hotel Into Apartments
A developer is seeking financing and town council approval of plans to construct 112 apartment units, according to a report.
GROTON, CT — A developer has plans to renovate a former hotel into a 112-unit apartment building, according to The Day of New London.
Community Finance Corporation, an Arizona firm, is seeking financing for the project, which would convert the former Groton Inn & Suites at 99 Gold Star Highway.
About 40% of the units will be deemed affordable. The Town Council Committee of the Whole is anticipated to vote on the project at an Oct. 29 meeting.
