Electric Boat Spends Millions On Groton Properties
The submarine manufacturer has purchased two properties near its Groton shipyard.
GROTON, CT — Electric Boat has purchased two commercial properties near its Groton shipyard, The Hartford Business Journal reported.
The properties at 359 and 415 Thames St. cost $3.6 million. One of the properties is a warehouse and the other is a vacant restaurant.
The company plans to use the properties for employee parking.
