The Town of Groton has been developing a plan to improve the resilience of Downtown Mystic.

GROTON, CT — The Town of Groton has been developing a plan to improve the resilience of Downtown Mystic. The plan identifies community actions needed to prepare for coastal flooding, sea level rise, stormwater flooding, and rising temperatures. Public participation is essential. Public workshops have been held during the plan development period; this is the announcement for the final workshop. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend.

Where: St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 15 Pearl Street, Mystic

During the meeting we will present and discuss the report’s draft resiliency action recommendations.
The doors will open at 5:00, with informational posters available for viewing. A presentation that walks through the recommendations will begin at 5:30, followed by questions and answers.
