Groton Shopping Center Sold For $15.1 Million, Improvements On The Way
A Groton shopping center anchored by a grocery store was sold last month and will be updated, according to a report.
GROTON, CT — The Groton Shoppers Mart on Poquonnock Road, anchored by a Big Y grocery store, was sold for $15.1 million, according to The Hartford Business Journal.
The four-building, 171,858-square-foot shopping center will undergo "substantial improvements."
The joint buyer was Stamford-based Broadview Real Estate Partners and Sigmund Cos., headquartered in Washington, D.C.
