For as long as he’s been in the restaurant business, for Valentine’s Day.

The restaurant is offering a prix fixe menu where you pay one set price ($35 per person) and choose from a list of appetizers, entrees and desserts to make a meal. The menu, called “Valentine’s Love Fest” runs from Feb. 10 to 14.
Stafford said the restaurant had a little fun naming the choices; for example, “fresh (like your honey on a first date) Atlantic Salmon” and Citrus and crumb-crusted chicken “like falling in love for the first time.”

The holiday can be bumpy if you don’t plan, but it can also be a nice night out.
“Some of the ladies have very high expectations, and the guys are under a lot of pressure to meet those expectations,” Stafford said.
To make sure all goes well, here’s a saying from restaurant business: “Prior planning prevents poor performance,” he said.
