Plans For 54 Apartments Approved In Groton

Plans for a two-building apartment complex were approved at a recent Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, according to a report.

GROTON, CT — A developer's plans to build a 54-unit apartment complex in Groton have been approved, according to The Day of New London.

The Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved the plans at its meeting Tuesday, which call for two three-story residential buildings and a parking garage.

The project will be at 1002 Route 12, across from the Naval Submarine Base.
