Renovations To City Of Groton Building Begin Next Month

The Municipal Building is undergoing renovations that will take four weeks. The building will be open to the public by appointment only.

GROTON, CT — Beginning Monday, June 17th, the City of Groton front landing (main entrance), located at 295 Meridian Street, will undergo a renovation that will take approximately four weeks to complete. During this time, the Municipal Building will be open to the public by appointment only.

If you plan to come to the Municipal Building during this time, please call ahead to make an appointment prior to arriving. Curbside assistance will be available for those with accessibility concerns. When you make your appointment, you will be instructed which entrance to use as the main entrance will be closed.

Access to the Police Department and Building & Zoning will NOT be impacted.

All City meetings will take place as scheduled. We ask that residents attend meetings via Zoom. Zoom information can be found at the top of each published agenda on the City website.
