Town Of Groton To Hold Public Hearings On Land Sales

GROTON, CT — The Town of Groton is holding public hearings next month on the sale of town two properties.

The following notices of the public hearings were posted on the town's Facebook page:

FORMER PLEASANT VALLEY SCHOOL
March 5, 2024

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Groton Town Council on March 5, 2024 at 6:30 p.m., to solicit comment on the sale of Public Property, specifically 380 Pleasant Valley Road South, the former Pleasant Valley School property. Comments can be given in person at the Groton Town Hall Annex at 134 Groton Long Point Road, Groton at the Town Hall Annex, or via Zoom by registering in advance via email at Council@groton-ct.gov. For those that cannot attend the meeting comments can be submitted in writing to the Town Managers office or via email to towncouncil@groton-ct.gov.
