What Should Move Into The Ledge Light Health Building in Groton?

Let's call this a modern spin on community planning - Patch's version of a charette, a digital drawing board where all ideas are on the table. Each week we'll present an empty building and ask you to tell us what you think would be the best use. Forget what zone it's in, ignore setback regulations, and all the planning and zoning rules that put most people to sleep. If you had your way, what would you like to see there? What would be the best use for the community? We launch this new weekly series by featuring the building on North Road, the former home of Ledge Light Health District. The Health District packed up its Groton office in May and opened in its new location on Broad Street in New London. Nearly six months later, the building is still for lease. What would you like to see go in there?
