8th-Annual Shoreline Jewish Festival In Guilford On Aug. 11

Sunday, Aug.11, is the 8th-annual Shoreline Jewish Festival on the Guilford Town Green featuring Jewish music, Jewish food, an art and book sale and activities for children.

But the real highlight will be Ari Lesser, a songwriter, rapper and spoken-word artist who raps from the perspective of biblical personalities, and Israeli blues guitarist Lazer Lloyd, according to the New Haven Register. The event runs from 12 to 5 p.m. and admission is free.
