Guilford 375th Anniversary Diamond Sponsorships Top 50 Percent

Bishop’s Orchard, Guilford Savings Bank and Page Hardware & Appliance Company Named Major Underwriters

Only two opportunities remain to become a diamond sponsor of the town’s premier celebration, the year-long Guilford 375th Anniversary. To be counted among such notable benefactors as Bishop’s Orchard, Guilford Savings Bank and Page Hardware & Appliance Co., in giving a lasting gift to the community, consider such support.

A diamond sponsorship offers high visibility advantages. Among them are: up to 18 months of advertising on the guilfordct375.org website, with a link to the sponsor’s website; a Guilford 375th Anniversary banner with the sponsor’s name that will be affixed to one of the utility poles near the Guilford Green and throughout the town and remain there during the rest of 2013 and all of 2014; a full page in a prime location in the commemorative book being produced for the anniversary; sponsor recognition in press releases and brochures for the five signature events that are part of the anniversary celebration.

The cost of a diamond sponsorship is $6,000, which is $2,600 less than the cost of the individual components included in the top sponsorship if purchased separately. For those who wish to participate at a lesser level, platinum, gold, silver and bronze sponsorships are also available. Banners and commemorative book pages offer additional opportunities to back the celebration. Individuals and families who would like to be recognized in the commemorative book may also purchase pages or listings.

The earlier sponsorship commitments are made, the greater the benefits that will accrue because of timing. All businesses, families and individuals who wish to have banners in place during 2013, as well as all those who wish to be mentioned in the commemorative book, must commit no later September 1, 2013.
