Folks, I am excited to announce that I have joined Attorney Raymond Bower and we have opened the Law Offices of Cartier & Bower, LLC. We are a full service law firm located on the Shoreline in Connecticut.

Ray and I have combined over 40 years of legal and Fortune 100 Company experience and are looking forward to providing legal counsel to residents on the Shoreline and throughout New Haven, Middlesex and New London Counties. We are available to assist you in life's challenging times and important moments by providing legal counsel in areas of family law, real estate, wills, trusts and probate, civil litigation, personal injury, land use, insurance and business law with a focus in our practice on Elder Law involving Medicare/Medicare, Social Security, and Estate Planning. We also both have significant experience in the municipal and nonprofit arena having served on numerous boards and commissions in the State. Currently, I serve on the Guilford Board of Selectmen, American School for the Deaf and Sarah, Inc. Attorney Bower serves as Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commission in Guilford and has handled multiple pro bono cases for New Haven Legal Assistance.
