"Click It or Ticket" Checkpoints Planned for Guilford This Week
Guilford Police say checkpoints will be set up this week as part of their "Click It or Ticket" Campaign participation

As part of their participation in a two-week Click It or Ticket promotional campaign that began earlier this month, Guilford Police plan to set up checkpoints two days this week in town.
Currently, Police say they are setting up checkpoints for the following dates and times:

- Thursday, Dec. 13th, from 7 AM to 11 AM
- Saturday, Dec. 15th, from 11 AM to 3 PM.
"Unfortunately, the majority of injuries sustained in motor vehicle collisions were caused by passengers not wearing their seat belt," the Guilford Police Department shared at the start of the campaign promotion. "The Guilford Police are continually encouraging motorists to buckle up before heading out in order to ensure a safe, happy, and healthy holiday season!"
The exact checkpoint locations are not yet available, but may be later this week according to Police.
