Condos Coming To Guilford No Longer Age Restricted

GUILFORD--Condos that have been over a decade in the making will no longer be restricted to the 55 and older crowd.

The Guilford Atticus reports that the 10-year-old project will begin to move forward, sans the age restriction.

The plan for the 155 units will now be open to all ages, The Guilford Atticus reports. Centerplan Companies had the project approved 10 years ago, but cites current financial concerns about an age restricted condo complex.

The 90-acre development sits across from Guilford Commons and will house the two-bedroom units, according to the report.
