Here is the full statement from the GHS website:
Graduation for the Class of 2013 is scheduled for 6pm on the Guilford Green on Wednesday, June 26th. Wednesday's forecast includes a chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening.
Should the likelihood of storms increase, a decision will be made by 4:00pm on Wednesday to move the ceremony inside to the Guilford High School gym. In this case, graduates will be issued two tickets for family members to watch the ceremony in the gym. Closed circuit television will broadcast the ceremony live in the GHS auditorium for additional guests to view.
A district-wide email and phone message will be sent via SchoolMessenger at 4pm on Wednesday, if the ceremony needs to be moved inside. A voice message will be available at 203-453-8200 and 203-453-8201.
Every effort will be made to continue the tradition of holding the ceremony on the Green.
