Saturday, July 6, the Shoreline Greenway Trail is sponsoring a ride right here in Guilford!

Biking enthusiasts! Join us for an early morning bike ride from the Guilford Town Green north to Lake Quonnipaug – c. 18 miles round trip, easy, mostly flat, mostly back roads. Shoreline Greenway Trail leader Terry Maguire will guide us up State Street past historic homes, along Little Meadow Road and South Hoop Pole Road to loop around Lake Quonnipaug, with a short stretch on narrow Route 77. Helmets are required. MEET by 8:30 AM on the east side of the Town Green, across from Town Hall. PARKING is available around the Green. CHECK the website the night before for cancellation notice if bad weather is predicted. Questions: cell or text Terry at 203.214.4744.
