Guilford Cops Called - Again - On Newspaper Delivery. Why?

GUILFORD, CT - Last week Guilford Patch told you about cops being called when neighbors became concerned when a newspaper delivery man was continually circling a neighborhood. It turns out it was a new delivery person who wasn't familiar with the neighborhood.

Well this past week cops were called again by Joseph Drive neighbors about a newspaper delivery person.

The issue this time?

"Male operator slumped over in a 4-door blue car at end of cul de sac - tired newspaper delivery driver was sleeping" said the police report.

Hey, those are some tough hours.
