September 29^th

Dennis R. Defrank, 29, of 166 Standish Avenue, North Haven, was charged with use of Drug Paraphernalia, possession of narcotics, second offence, and illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle.

Tricia Plotkin, 29, of 166 Standish Avenue, North Haven, was charged with Use of Drug Paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.

October 3^rd

Candice B. Capotorto, 22, of 25 North Main Street, Branford, was charged with Risk of injury to child, forgery in the 2^nd degree, two counts of conspiracy (felony-class D), two counts of criminal attempt, and use of drug paraphernalia.

James T. Nuzzello, 24, of 65 Messina Drive, East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to child, forgery in the 2^nd degree, two counts of conspiracy (felony-class D), and two counts of criminal attempt.

October 4^th

Patrick J. Lewis, 23, of 280 Laurelbrook Road, Guilford, was charged with larceny in the six degree.

Jason B. Uihlein, 24, of 271 Warpus Road, Madison, was charged with sexual assault in the 4^th degree and disorderly conduct.
