Megan MacKinnel, 35, of Guilford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and failure to comply with fingerprinting.

Rebecca Susan Berlepsch, 35, of Middletown, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
