Michael F. Campagnuolo, 34, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, conspiracy to commit second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, and conspiracy to commit third-degree assault.

Dec. 23

Alina Meeks, 37, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Dec. 26

Jeffrey Ward Crawford, 65, of Guilford, was charged with third-degree strangulation/suffocation and disorderly conduct.
