Feb. 15

Kenneth Carl Riley, 49, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.

Josue Ramon Martinez, 19, of New Britain, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and conspiracy to commit larceny of a motor vehicle.

Layne Scott Hulcher, 21, of Guilford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Jeffrey Ward Crawford, 65, of South Carolina, was charged with second-degree violation of a conditional release.

Feb. 19

Justin Patrick Heriot, 37, of Guilford, was charged with third-degree strangulation/suffocation and disorderly conduct.

Feb. 21

Robert Donald Gordneer 26, of East Haven, was charged with illegal take payment card and sixth-degree larceny.
