Chad Mark Holcomb, 57, of Killingworth, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Feb. 11

Christopher Michael O'Connell, 37, of Guilford, was charged with failure to register/sexual violence.

Feb. 12

Devonte Castro, 19, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree harassment, and second-degree threatening.

Feb. 14

Ricky L. Washington, 34, of New Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order.

Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent, unless proven guilty.
