July 25

Ryan Naomi Whitley, 33, of New Haven, was charged with first-degree identity theft, conspiracy to commit first-degree identity theft, third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny.

July 30

Thomas Anthony Fonicello, 68, of Guilford, was charged with violation of a protective order.

Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
